How To Open an account with Washington Prime Plus Inc.

In order to open an account with WPP Inc. we need the following documents to be sent by fax or mail to our accounts department.

1-Application form  
 
2-Customer Agreement
 
3- Risk disclosure statement
 
4-Power of attorney (if any)
 
5-Copy of your ID, Passport, Driving  License or Utility bill.

Please go to the page Account documents and print, fill in, sign and send us immediately the appropriate documents by fax or mail. In case you send us the documents by fax and the copy of your  wire we may activate your account immediately.

Also please select the appropriate documents to sign Choose the category that you belong.
Whether Individual,Corporate or Joint account .

Companies or corporations has to sign an extra document  of certified board resolution.

Multiple paged, account documents ,should be signed, in every page.
